Unable to create task from REST Client :
We are working with RTC 4.0.6 version .

The error
'Save Work Item' failed. Preconditions have not been met: The 'Summary' attribute needs to be set (work item <03:46:06>).is pretty clear to read. You will also not be able to create a work item and save it without a summary in any of the UI's.
I would suggest to understand the required attributes and to provide the required data.
