Reconfiguring RLIA with new QC server link

I am trying to reconfigure the RLIA with new Quality center server url, but getting below attached error.

Could someone please advise.

CRIHP2014E: The authentication point URL could not be found. java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException: URI does not specify a valid host name: http:/qualitycentre11_52:8080/qcbin/rest/is-authenticated

Could be the underscore in the hostname but I also notice there is only one / after "http:" in your URL.  If you still see the same error after correcting that, I'd suggest raising a PMR.
