Work items get shifted while accessing plans from 'Recent Plans' in WebUI (4.0.7)

Problem: 
The list of work items get positioned incorrectly after going to a work item and back to the plan.

How to reproduce:
1.  Create a Scrum based PA > Create Plans for Sprint 1 and Sprint 2 > Create some Tasks in each plan
2.  Open both plans one after the other and hence, let them to appear under the "Recent Plans" in the Plans menu (Do not open a new tab).
3.  Open one of the plans > open any work item
4.  Now go back to the plan by clicking on the link in the "Recent Plans" menu or Press the back button to come back to the plan.
5.  Go to the other plan by selecting it from the "Recent Plans".
6.  Work items get shifted while accessing plans from 'Recent Plans' in RTC web.

 Workaround(s):
a) Pressing Page Refresh
b) Pressing Plan Refresh
c) Resizing the window
