 Aparna,
There is a 'log4j.properties' file associated to the JTS (\\...conf\jts) it can be modified to increase the log level for specific components. 
I would recommend working with a Support Engineer before increasing the logging; they can help you pinpoint the logger you need to be concerned about and the right level of logging for the issue in question

Actually log4j.properties is where log level would be adjusted...
