Hello,

I am on Insight version 5.0 and RTC 5.0

I would like to display my custom RRDI reports in RTC. Was able to import the reports without problems. When I create a widget and try to add the report to the widget, I get the following error message:
'Invalid argument for JPI/URL conversion: must be of type string (but was undefined)'

Any ideas/ thoughts on why this happens? Will appreciate any help.

Kunal

I added :

RRDI server URL to  JAZZ - Reports - Custom Reports Connection - Reporting server URL

(It was initially emtpy for RTC, although it was filled in JTS)

And the message is not appearing anymore.
