If you find that you need to go beyond CBT, please feel free to look at training offered by my employer, Island Training Solutions.  We do our training in a VM-based lab environment with a structured agenda that helps facilitate learning.

I am not sure what CBT is, but IBM has developed "Learning Circles" for the CLM products:
