RQM Scaling and Performance

We are designing a RQM solution and are interested in knowing if it can scale  and performance with our solution.
We expect that the maximum number of concurrent users will be 20.

Here are the numbers:
Total Number of Test Case – 10K, Total TCER – 3.38M,  Total TCR - 6.9M
  Continuous Testing - 6500 TCs
    Weekly Iterations (for 3 years)
      Test Case Executions Records – 3*52*6500 = 1.014 million
      Test Case Results (average 2 runs / TC / Week) – 3*52*6500*2 = 2.028 million
Life Cycle Testing - 7500 TCs
    Weekly Iterations (for 3 years)
    3 Releases V11, V12, V13
      Test Case Executions Records – 3*3*52*7500 = 2.34 million
      Test Case Results (average 2 runs / TC / Week) – 3*3*52*7500*2 = 4.68 million
Product Verification Testing - 7500 TCs
    2 month Iteration
Test Case Executions Records – 7500
      Test Case Results (average 4 runs – 7500*6 = 45K
MISC (Function Testing, Special driver testing, etc)
Test Case Executions Records – 10000
      Test Case Results (average 4 runs – 10000*10= 100K

Hi Tom,

There is a good wiki about the known limitation for the CLM products, scroll down for RQM.

There are a few articles on the CLM deployment Wiki that may be helpful here:
