When viewing a plan like Kanban, how I can create new columns and rename them?

I'm pretty sure the columns on the kanban (or taskboard) are based on state groups (or states) from your workflows (and moving an item between the columns changes its underlying value appropriately). So if you drag an item to the In Progress column, that actually changes its state to Working (and that's why it stays in that column).

I don't think you can just make up new column names or add new columns. If appropriate, you can create new workflows, state groups and states to better match your way of working and the taskboard displays should automatically adapt to them.

and currently all the taskboard/Kanban plan views share the single state groups definition in the project. so two teams cannot work with different column headers.
