I did it but I don't have response yet. We're developing some projects using academic enviroment and we're in trouble with it. This plataform should have a backup site updated in order to avoid this problems.

Would you help in some way?

If you connect there and try to access any project area you'll see rtc/scm offline.

I passed this along. I can't see anything there, since I have no project I can access. I have not seen any error, though.
