GUEST - Shared Queries

Is there a way to create new "shared queries" that can be run/viewed by an
unauthenticated web user (ie. GUEST)? I tried creating a new query and
sharing it with the user "GUEST" but it still doesn't show up in the web
"Shared Queries" list. I only see RFS, Recently closed, Recently created,
and Recently modified. I tried this with the M3 build of Jazz.

Anyone know how to add to this list?

One thing I have found is that if I login and run a query that was shared
only with the team, I can execute that same query as Guest and it doesn't
prompt me to login. So as long as a user knows the queryID they can execute
any query. Not sure if that is a security issue, but for now it provides
what I wanted.

We are constantly extending the range of operations guarded by process
permissions. Executing queries will be one of them, but as you point out
correctly, a query can be executed by anyone right now.
