99% of the material should still be valid. There might be some changes in the UI, but the content should still be valid. New capabilities (look into the New&Noteworthy of the newer versions) would be additions that are not covered but should not make the material invalid.

 Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but my employer (Island Training Solutions) currently provides training for the tools based on v4.0.5.  We are working on developing the training material to cover CLM 5.0.
