Error on RTC for Z - CRJAZ1972E - Unable to load /jts/web/dojo

Hi,
Am installing RTC for system z and trying to complete setup wizard with webpage, on Register applications step my webpage has no response and it is not detecting any application. Found below error message when turned on debug option in webpage.

Could you please verify that the JAZZ_HOME custom property has been correctly set in your WAS server.
