Getting errors while saving a requirement in DNG
Getting following errors (in the attachment) while saving a requirement in DNG.
Nothing happens after OK is pressed. Another error is when I try to save a text requirement -

For error one, I assume it is the message when you try to edit the graphic artifact. Did you get the prompt to install browser add-on? If yes, you need to install it. If you installed it and still see the same error when editing the artifact, potentially something is wrong in the installed add-on and the normal approach is to uninstall add-on then remove
the RMAddOn-xxxx folders from C:\Users\<username>\IBM and reinstall browser add-on, the uninstall and reinstall info can be found from: https://jazz.net/library/article/1088 For error two: this can be a known defect fixed in v4.0.4: https://jazz.net/jazz03/web/projects/Requirements%20Management#action=com.ibm.team.workitem.viewWorkItem&id=74625 |
