E-Signatures Attribute not appearing

 Hi,

I've set up an RTC project and I want to use E-signatures on an approval.  I have added the e-signature capabilty following the exact steps in here:

The pre-condition is working as I can't move states but the attribute presentation is not visible on the form to add the e-signatures. It has definitely been added to the editor presentation though. I've tried this in both IE and FF as well as the eclipse client.

Any ideas what I might be missing?

For the existing work items, have you run the "Synchronize Attributes" follow http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m6/topic/com.ibm.team.workitem.doc/topics/t_defining_types.html ?

Lily's answer is the correct one(I converted her comments to answer now. You need to Synchronize Attributes from Eclipse client and then open the existing workitem's approval tab to see the E-Siganatures field.
