Hi,

I have several customized attributes that are of type "Contributor" .

Once i create queries and wish to Sort by these attributes, i'm unable to see them in the 'sort order' section inside the 'Column Display'.

I do see other customized attributes which are not of type Contributor.

Can someone advise?

I don't think there is a general purpose sort for contributor type..

I think Owner/creator sort is special code.

Sam is right that sort on custom contributor type of attributes are not supported.
There are a couple of RFE workitems available and the below one has got most attention so far:
