Inconsistent BIRT dashboard widget deployment?

 I'm trying to deploy a custom Micro BIRT report. I've done this in the past and have hit no issues. However, the report that I'm currently trying to  deploy as a dashboard widget returns "no results found". If I click on the actual report title and go to the URL of the report itself - I'm met with a giant error message. I've made sure that the output of the BIRT chart has been set to .PNG. Any thought on what to do here?

What's the error message?
If the report can't be run on it's own (outside of the dashboard), this may be the issue.
