RTC API for Status Dialog Box

Hi -- trying to customize some things and I was wondering if anyone knew which API can help me access the dialog box that appears in the UI in the lower right corner that notifies the dev when any change sets have been delivered/build status.  Any help is appreciated -- cannot seem to locate this when combing through the Javadoc.

it is not in the javadoc..

the notification slider is not customizable

Do you have any suggestions on how to create a similar notification box in RTC?

I would have to find and read/duplicate the product code that does this.

its probably in one of the com.ibm.team.build.* plugins.
