Rational Asset Manager Search engine
When using the search function with the advanced capability of searchin assets we seem to get strange results. Assets are returned which don't have any relation to the used search keyword.
What is the search engine under RAM? Can this be finetuned? |

RAM will index all the attributes of an asset, such as name, type, community, custom attribute, artifacts, description and short description, etc. Although your keywords may not be contained in name, but might be in type, community or other attributes.
