"Download as spreadsheet (.csv)" option not working!

Lucas Dantas (545) | asked May 15 '14, 8:17 p.m.
Hello

I have a query on the view for Test Case Execution Records. I used it for three days successfully, but today when I click on "Download as spreadsheet (.csv)", nothing happened.
I did not change anything in the query.

The thing is, when I change my parameter, which is the Test Plan, to a different value -> the icon works and generates the file.

Any idea of what I might be doing wrong here?

Do you have any error message in rqm.log file?

I don't see any log - or don't know how to do it.
how can I verify the rqm.log file?

Lucas - did you ever get a good workaround for this ?

I am also hitting the issue on RQM 4.0.3 regularly when trying to Download TCERs (filtered by test plan & sorted) to a CSV. It looks like the issue in Work item 89384 .

I can usually eventually get it working OK when I open new browsers but this is painful.
Can anyone advise how to avoid the issue ?
Is there a fix release that I can lobby my administrator to move to ?

 Lucas,
What version of the RQM are you using? There are a couple of workitems related to filtered query results that you may be running into

Hi Ara
It is Version: 4.0.5

It's strange that the problem happens depending on the value I select for the filter fields..
