I am a new user of RTC . I want to add a new tab like overview for work item type Story containing text field and scroll boxes like Description and Discussion present in overview page. Can anyone help me out with this ?

In the rich ui you'll find an action in the editor's menu. In the web ui
this isn't possible yet. Though, we implemented this for 2.0M3. See
