Does anyone know if there is any Tasktop Sync for RTC(4.x) sizing document? Either it is available in Tasktop public site or through CLM support to obtain it.
Appreciate if there is any info. Thanks

Hi Don,
This is the CLM sizing guide: https://jazz.net/library/article/814

I hope this helps.

Hi Don,
The following information is available on the Tasktop web site: http://help.tasktop.com/help/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.tasktop.sync.help%2Fuserguide%2FInstallation.html

The minimum server configuration needed to run Tasktop Sync is:
4 GB system memory
1 GHz processor
100 GB free disk space
32-bit or 64-bit Windows; Windows7 or Windows Server 2008 recommended
NOTE: For best results, it is strongly recommended to use Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008.

Vendor-specific requirements
Consult the Installation requirements section for all vendors you wish to use with Tasktop Sync in the Certified Connectors document. These sections will identify additional information you will need during installation of Tasktop Sync.

I was able to confirm with Tasktop that there are no additional requirements for RTC integration.

You can find more information about the Tasktop RTC Connector at: http://help.tasktop.com/help/topic/com.tasktop.ibm.rtc.help.ui/html/start.html

I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have further questions.

Regards,
Andreea

Thanks Andreea for the info. I did not make myself clear on the question that I actually want to know the performance sizing doc on RTC side when using Tasktop sync adapter.
I got the info from Tasktop support team that RTC own performance sizing info still applies in this case and they also provide info on RLIA server sizing info which is similar to yours.
