How to find a specific Java file?

We have a bunch of components and streams.  I had a question asking how a developer can find a java file called "foo.java" if they don't know which stream/component/project it is in.

I haven't seen anything ... can anyone help?

Susan

JAZZ DEVELOPER
In the Eclipse client, you can go to Search > Jazz Source Control > Change Sets... to search for change sets that modify foo.java.
