Hi Ishan,

If you go to https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/archive then you can see all the versions from 4.0.3 up to 4.0.5...if you want 4.0.6 then go to https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/

If you then select All Downloads, once you've selected a product version then you can select the Client for Eclipse for Mac OS.

Here are the client requirements for the 4.0.3 release:

https://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Deployment/CLMSystemRequirements403#B_Client_Requirements

Please let us know if you need any further help, or help troubleshooting your error.

Thanks for the reply
But I think I downloaded from there only and on running it is giving me error that 32bit libraries can't be loaded by 64bit  JVM. While I am using the same JVM for normal eclipse and same application and its working fine there.
I think RTC client is only supporting 64bits libs.
Is there any way to run that client in 32 bit mode?

Hi Ishan,

What version of Mac OS are you running?

I found these for starting up in different modes and JVMs: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3773 http://ysasaki600.wordpress.com/2009/09/19/week2-tutorial-for-eclipse-wtp/

As neither of these 2 articles mention the 32/64 bit issue

https://jazz.net/library/article/996

http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21593542

...I am not sure why you're hitting a problem

Hi Paul,

I got my problem solved by your  link:

Thanks for the help.

Hi Ishan,

I assume we're discussing the client here and not a server?  The servers are not supported on Mac OS and indeed, they all require 64 bits.

Can you just confirm that you are installing an RTC client?

Yes RTC client only.
