How to determine total number of test cases within a test suite prior to execution?

I'd like to find a way to pull a report which can tell me the total number of test cases within a TSER prior to the start of executing the TSER.

I've found that the Test Suite Results will show me the total number of test cases but only for those test suites which has been attempted.  I'd like to get the total number of test cases for every TSER created so that I can see the complete picture of work effort.

This needs to be downloadable into Excel and we do not have RRDI or Insight to pull this information.

We're using the TSER Listing report to get this information.
