Can I start my own project?

I want to start a project for my team's own code and project plans. Can I do that?

I am asking because "start your own project" or anything like that is not on the list of things you can do in the "Introduction" page when I first log in.

I discovered that when I sign up for a JazzHub account (when I posted my question I only had a jazz.net account) and link my IBM account to my jazz account, I got an email welcoming me to JazzHub and giving me a link to create a project.
The link is
https://hub.jazz.net/create
Haven't tried it yet, but I think I am off and running.
