 Hi , I want to realize this function that the work item "state" attribute valuseSet depend on the current user's role or other attribute. Has any example like this through the java code extend?

I don't think you can create new states or change the state transitions (actions) on the fly per user/role. You can change the current state to one of the next configured states thru a program/plugin/extension.

can u explain a little more what you want to do.. the business process.
