Reverse a changeset delivery stalled

Norman Dignard (356688167) | asked Apr 16 '14, 8:06 a.m.

A user came to me with an issue that I’m having problems resolving.

Basically he modified some files in is sandbox. Prior to delivery, he had to accept incoming changes which he did. He then delivered to the target stream.

After much ado, it was decided that he should back out the change he just delivered which we did using the Reverse function on the changeset in the target stream.

After doing this, the user got a Pending Patches in his Pending Changes view. The only problem is that the files complain with a “no shareable loaded”.    See screen shot attached.

We can’t seem to get past this in either continuing to accept the change or to undo the reverse function we just did. (They decided that it’s now needed.

So how do we proceed??? Pending changes view

we reloaded his sandbox and in the reload it was noted that the components were loaded from somewhere else and we had to override them. After that we come resolve the pending patch.

A file has to be loaded into your sandbox before a patch can be applied to it.   This error message is saying that those files in the patch are not loaded.  Do you believe that they are loaded?   In particular, can you open those files in an Eclipse editor?
