Is there any way to define sort orders, like RTC's query, in RRC's filter ?

In the view you can sort the grid in different ways. Then save the view and it will display the view the way you sorted it when it was saved.

Thank you for your comment. As you said, it is possible to save a simple sort order. :-)

Do you know there is any way to define multiple-condition sort order ?

Natsumi,
multi-condition sort order does not appear to be possible in RRC views today. Please file an enhancement request, if needed.
