What is difference between "Timestamp" and "Constraint Date" ...???

It is recommended to use Timestamp instead of constraint date.

Hi Abhinav,
This is rather comparing orange to car but let me explain that:

Timestamp - date and time of day identifying when the event happened see more on http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timestamp


Constraint Date - the date for which given constraint is specified (e.g. start no earlier than this date or finish no later than this date).
