Problem in Logging on to project Area

Hi,

My manager has requested a project area and user ids for us on RTC Server and he has got it. He is able to login and view the project area. He has added us in the project area and we have received the welcome letter in our email. When I go to File -> Accept new invitation and put the mail content, it ask for my id and password, but when I am entering my correct id/pwd, It is not allowing me or my team members to login. Are we missing any steps ? What is wrong here ? Please help

Yes. It gives this message:
com.ibm.team.repository.transport.client.AuthenticationException: CRJAZ0097I The request for URL "/****/***/***/***.***.***.***" was denied with a Forbidden status.

We know that our record is created but we are not able to login. Does it has any default password that we have to login with ?
We have the WEB UI as well but there also we get the same message
Please advise. Thanks in advance
