May we ask how jazz.net performs its database backup? Is it online backup or offline backup? How does jazz.net deal with the backup of Fulltext Index?

If there is information available regarding this, could you point us to the information?

JAZZ DEVELOPER
Ian,
We do online backup of the DB
for the indexes we do a quick TAR when the server is offline
