How to create a new attribute like Resolved By?

I want to create an new attribute like Resolved By, can I create it at RTC 3.0 and how to configure the process templates? Thanks very much.

It seems to be a related to https://jazz.net/forum/questions/55692/renaming-or-removing-link-types-in-rtc-20. Anyway there is no custom API to add link types.
