Hello,

Looking for any helpful insights. I am planning on moving a CLM installation from AIX to Linux. The database and data warehouse are using db2.

I have looked over this post on using db2move as well as repotools to move the CLM database but have been unable to locate any additional information regarding the data warehouse. Would a db2move work as well?

Thanks in Advance.

Hi Alan,
You can either use db2move or use "repotools -export/-import" to move the data warehouse. After that you need to update the <Jazz>/server/conf/<app>/teamsever.properties to point to the new DB2 server and database.
Please see http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/clmhelp/v4r0m4/index.jsp?re=1&topic=/com.ibm.jazz.install.doc/topics/t_migrate_dbs.html&scope=null for the information.
Please always do a full backup before the migration.

I don't think that repotools supports import / export for the DW.
