Installation Rational Asset Manager (RAM) - error CRRAM3017E

Julio Florido (534) | asked Feb 26 '14, 11:03 p.m.
 Hi.

I am installing Rational Asset Manager (RAM) V7.5.2, in this process I encountered the error CRRAM3017E configuration database to RAM. In IBM documentation mentions that the error occurs because regular table space must be 16K.

IBM documentation

I checked all the table spaces created for the database of RAM, and have the 16K page size for tablespaces.

I need to know what kind of validation I can do in the database to find out who is producing the error and identify the exact error that is occurring to make the connection test in the RAM setup.

I'm using
  • RAM V7.5.2
  • DB2 9.7
  • AIX 7.1
  • WAS 8.0.0.8

Thanks.

 Hi. Julio..
You could open the dbcreate.sql file in the databaseScripts.zip using note editor, and to see RAM using those sql commands to create database. So you could check those tablespaces to see if they are more than 16K page size.

Thanks a lot.
