In the v4.0.1 RTC Eclipse Client, when we do a stream-to-stream compare, the differences between the two streams only show in one direction of the comparison

Compare of Stream A to Stream B shows that Stream A contains the extra component that was removed from Stream B. Compare of Stream B to Stream A shows no differences between the streams. |

I've confirmed this behavior still exists in 4.0.5. I've submitted defect Compare of a stream with another stream with additional components says there is no difference (303299)
