Licenses for 2.0 Beta 1

Can 1.0.1 Standard licenses be used with 2.0 beta 1 Standard ?

Unfortunately not, David. When 2.0 is released you will have to upgrade to a 2.0 key and for now in the beta you only have the trial key that is included in the downloads.

Yes and this was an oversight. The key in there should have let the Beta 1 be good for 60 days after Beta 2 or 30 days after GA. We will either issue an update with a new key or we will recommend M3D1 as an intermediate step to Beta 2. The reason for that is that there are things delivered in M3D1 (e.g. read permissions) that people may want to try before Beta 2.

You'll find new keys attached to work item 75109. These are good until July 15.

That should give you the steps to get the key installed.
