I created few workspace in more than one machine. Later on if I want choose and delete the unwanted workspace, I get confused which one to delete and which one to retain.

Is there a way to say this workspace created at this machine and its physical path?

a workspace is prefaced by the machine (repository connection) it is on.  in My Repository Workspaces in Eclipse

least they are for me..

in rtc everything is stored in the sql database , so there is no 'path'

I can recommend that, since you're able to name the workspace anyway you like, you should include all the relevant information in the workspace name. This is sort of a best practice to introduce to avoid confusion.
