Is it possible to modify the default folder view in RRC?

The default columns when browsing through folders in RRC are as follows: "ID", "Name", "Artifact Type", "Modified By", and "Modified On".  I know that I can create a personal or shared view to change that column arrangement.  But I'd like to know if I can change the default arrangement of columns, so that when any user logs in they can see a certain set of columns that I have chosen by default.  Is this possible?

No it's not possible.  I found the following Enhancement request while searching about the issue.

Enhancement 64198: Ability to save columns in the RRC folders
