We are facing problems loading streams with VS client version 4.0.5, Components of stream are not getting loaded. VS client reports error stating name conflicts.

Our stream structure is as seen below,

Stream XYZ

            Component A

                        SubFolder s_M

                        SubFolder s_N

            Component B

                        SubFolder s_P

                        SubFolder s_D

                        SubFolder s_M

                        SubFolder s_O

            Component C

                        SubFolder s_O

                        SubFolder s_A

                        SubFolder s_M

                        SubFolder s_C

            Component D

                        SubFolder s_U

                        SubFolder s_T

Previously we used VS client version 4.0.2 and had an option as “Load Components as root“. We used to load components of the stream by enabling Load Components as root“ and things worked.

Interesting loading works upon deselecting all components and manually selecting them in VS Client 4.0.5. Why is this behavior?

Hello Sanjeev,

I'm seeing the same with a 4.0.6 based VS client, though only when I click "Finish" immediately instead of "Next" then "Finish".

Could you open a work  item for this issue please and post the link back here?

Sonia
