Hi,

We bought 3 licenses "IBM Rational Requirements Composer Analyst"  and 1 license "Rational Quality Manager", which we assigned to their respective users. We assigned one of the 10 free licenses RTC developer ((https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/releases/4.0.4/RTC-Developer-10-C-License-4.0.4.zip) to 1 user, this user can log in to ccm, but while trying to view a plan it shows the following error message: "None of the client access license assigned to you allow to view Plans".

We are using RTC 4.0.2, SQL Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2008 R2.

Any Idea?

Thanks.

Hi,

My problem consisted in that the user (e.g. Peter) was registered in LDAP in Title Case, I imported to Jazz in Title Case. When the user authenticated he used his username lowercase, as LDAP is not sensitive with names, he could authenticate, but inside of jazz his permission could not be validated.
