Jenkins 1.514
Buildtool kit 4.0.3

Getting the connection timed out error. not able to ssh and telnet too. Working on resolving connectivity issue b/w the two machines. Thanks for your quick help sam.

can you open the jenkins web console to the failing instance from the RTC machine?
usually http://jenkins_server:8080/jenkins
