Hi all,
When I setup Insight 1.1.1.3, I am getting following error when installing licenses in Insight:

ERROR com.ibm.rational.insight.setup.steps.ConfigureInsightLicenseStepService : CRRRA5060E: Failed to read resource.

But the validation is successful. How can I troubleshoot it?

did you try restarting the server after renaming the file and adding the uncommented entry?

If so, and still see the same error...you may need to submit a PMR.

I have try restarting the server. Did not help :(

Hi - Yes.  And update the following line:

#authentication.listener.1=<your java class>

TO:

authentication.listener.1=com.ibm.rational.insight.licensing.AuthenticationListener

There is only one line uncommented there:
authentication.listener.1=com.ibm.rational.insight.licensing.AuthenticationListener

does the file in question (AAA.properties) exist in the location specified?  What are its contents?

That is interesting. I don't have AAA.properties there. I have only AAA.properties.sample. Should I copy AAA.propertes from sample file?

Hi Krzysztof - Are there any other errors showing in the setup log? 

At times, this error shows up when the AAA.properties file can not be located or read from the following location <InsightInstallDir>/cognos/configuration.

hi Ali,
I didn't have another problems. What is worth of mentioning that I have upgraded this system from RRDI 2.0.4 to Insight 1.1.1.3. Despite you have provided me a root cause, I don't have an idea how to fix it. How to fix this issue?
