can we setup RQM 4.0.4 to open pages in different tabs?

We were using RQM 3 earlier and in which whenever you want to open a page, it will open in different tabs. But with RQM 4.0.4 it will open in same page. We can use Recently viewed list to access old page..but can we configure to open pages in different tabs in RQM 4.0.4
