What is difference between Jazz source control and Git SCM ?

There is an interested thread comparing Git/SVN/Etc.. in the eclipse.org bugzilla system. I added my 2 cents in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=249745#c25.

For us in RTC it's a 2 prong approach, make developing software easier, which isn't an SCM only problem and at the same time build a 1st class modern SCM system which is easy to use (best IDE integration available), fast, and flexible.
