Is there a limit to how many RQM artifacts can be deleted in one grouping?

We can successfully delete artifacts in RQM in groups of 1k or 2.5k but when we start to get up around 10k or 20k we get the message that the artifacts were deleted successfully when after a refresh it shows they weren't.  Customer is deleting Test Cases.

I checked the RQM logs and found no errors. Customer is on RQM 4.0.2.

Seems like there's a threshold of 10,000. Anything above that number the message said they were deleted but they are still there.  Once we dropped below 10,000 and tried 9988 it worked successfully.

We tried this several times with different counts and it was pretty consistent.  The issue is more that the message says they were deleted when more than 10,000 records when they aren't being deleted.
