CLM linking Defect to Test Case - v4.0.2

In a lifecycle environment @ Ver 4.0.2 Is it possible in the Links tab to specify that the current defect blocks a specific Test Case and to select this via the add links pop-up. In This example 74562 is an RQM testcase in the related RQM pa.
Or is it possible to add the blocking defect within the Test Case

Hi David,

When you click on "Add" in the links section, you will see "Related Test case" in the drop-down. You should be able to select the test case there.
