Why resolution can't be showed after workitem is saved?

Hi Expert:
I have set the resolution for some state, and I select it and save the work item ,but when I save the work item the resolution that I had selected can't be showed. what's the problem where can I correct the configuration?

Hi Julie,
What do you mean that it cannot be showed? Could you please provide screen snapshot of that?

The resolution is available only for the states which have Show Resolution flag in admin panel. Navigate to https://your-server:9443/ccm/admin and project areas -> select your project area -> workitems -> Workflows and see it this work item has proper state.
