REST API for build definitions

Hi,

Is there a REST API for creating / updating build definitions? We use RTC version 4.0.3 and soon 4.0.5.

If such an API is available, where is its documentation?

I don't see it working in that particular since I want to create or update build definitions and, unless I missed something, it is not possible through the web interface.
