RTC 4.0.3 - Users with "Assigned Licences" chrome - users re-Login doesn't close

 OK will try to explain

- We have users with normal User role and they have an assigned licence.
- The user gets the Licence Timeout and they are requested to login.

- When the user enter's their password and submits;  the password is cleared and the login window stays open?
- The user are in Google Chrome.

Please can anyone help?    with my Jazzadmin role it's fine?

We are using chrome Version 33.0.1750.117 m

Users may get a license timeout depending on if you are using floating or token licenses, which have an expiry. Authorized CAL (assigned on a one to one basis) do not have an expiry.
Essentially if the user is idle for X amount of time, or the license has been checked out for as long as the expiration time, the user will receive a license timeout error, and be prompted to login again.

With regards to the login window staying open - what version of RTC are you using? What version of Chrome? Make sure you are using a supported version. If you are, can your users reproduce in IE or Firefox?
