One RTC Stand Edition can support max 250 users.
I guess if I implement two RTC stand server, is there any cluster or network deployment config that can make me support 250*2 = 500 users?

Any professional person can give me a offical answer?

Today (1.0.1.1) a single instance of RTC has a limit of 250 *simultaneous* developers (ie you can have lots more developers, it is just that you cannot have more than 250 of them working at the same time), and there is no limit (from a server perspective) on the number of contributors.

A cluster or network deployment does not change these limits.
